will cheerfully refund your purchase price. Please Email us within 10 days of receipt,your request for return,
specifying the reason (Shipping charges are not refundable).
Avantgarde will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA). Product must have original tags and packaging (if any). Nothing will be accepted without the
RMA prominently displayed on the package. Return shipment must be made within
10 days of RMA authorization. Shipping must be prepaid.
Exchanges:
Request for exchange should be included in the request for
return.
Our Apologies:
Certain items are not returnable for sanitary reasons e.g. thongs,
panties. Under no circumstances will worn product be accepted; nor any customized
product (e.g. monograms). Please order carefully.
Gift Certificates:
Allow 5 days when buying or redeeming points for gift
certificates
Cancellations
